We offer flexible cost structures for your unique needs. These range from ala carte, monthly memberships & Annual memberships.
Our ala carte pricing is the best option if you want to test our services before you commit, or if you have infrequent or non reoccurring needs.
For basic scheduling of landscaping, handyman, errands, gift buying needs, the hourly fee is $50 per hour plus fees for the services rendered. Example: you need someone to come out and fix your sprinkler system. We charge $50 per hour to find the best contractor for you. We bill in 25 min increments, we have several landscapers that we do business with. We can set up the appointment for the initial bid as well as meeting the contractor at your location to make sure the job is completed properly. If the bid is $250 we will email, text, or call you for approval. If approved you will be billed for 1 hour ( this is an estimate based on a consultation and meeting the contractor at the job to oversee the work and pay the contractor) of our time at $50 plus the contractors bill of $250. The total billed will be $300. You may pay by check, credit card, or paypal.
Most ala carte items will be determined on a case by case basis and you will be sent a proposal before anything is billed.
Monthly memberships are based on a number of hours that will be needed every month. These packages are as follows:
- 5 hours per week for 4 weeks (20 hours for a month) $45 per hour. Total $900 per month additional hours may be added @ $42 per hour as needed for the month.
- 10 hours a week for 4 weeks (40 hours per month) at $40 per hour Total $1,600. More hours may be added for $38 per hour as needed for the month
- 20 hours per week for 4 weeks (80 hours per month) $35 per hour Total $2,800 per month. More hours may be added for $31 hour as needed for the month
- 30 hours per week for 4 weeks (120 hours per month) $30 per hour. Total $3,600 per month. More hours may be added for $25 per hour as needed for the month.
- 40 hours per week for 4 weeks (160 per month) $25 per hour. Total $4,000 per month.
- These memberships are billed monthly. If you do not use your hours in the month they do not roll over to the next month. You may cancel at any time. Your payment is due on the 1st of the month. Please let us know by the 25th day of the month of any changes to the next month.
Annual memberships are for our highest level of service. It is all inclusive, and includes all referral services. The only bills you will pay will be for the vendors that are hired on your behalf. With the annual membership you call us and tell is what you need and we do the rest. We will email, text, or call you with a proposal based on your requested service. You will receive between 5-20%(depending on the annual membership) off all vendor billed invoices. An example of this membership would be the following:
it is chris as time and you need gifts for your 3 year old niece that lives bar IRS and your 10 year old nephew that loves video games. You will pay no fee for our time doing the personal shopping. You will receive an itemized bill after the budget is preapproved for the gifts that were purchased, wrapped, and shipped. You will receive your % discount on the itemized bill ,the gifts, wrapping, & shipping based on your annual membership) It is that easy!
The annual membership levels are as follows:
- $10,000 for the silver annual membership ( May not exceed 1,040 hours per year) 5% discount on all vendor related charges
- $45,000 for the gold annual membership (May not exceed 2,080 hours per year) 10% off on all vendor related services
- $100,0000 for the platinum membership. No maximum hourly requirements and 20% off all vendor related services
- Annual memberships are billed on January 1st.
- $10,000 for 12 monthly services
